The last days of the challenge from the 25th to the 30th day have gone by. I finally did it! I have completed 30-Days without Processed Sugars. This is the first time in my life I was able to do something like this.
A month went by in which I did not eat any sweets nor foods or drinks with Sugars in it. Just months ago this whole idea seemed too far fetched for my reality. But here I am, 30-Days free of Sugars. I feel great and I am happy for these accomplishments. I almost can’t believe I actually managed to do this. This 30-Days challenge has shown me that with the right determination and accountability one can reach goals that previously seemed impossible to achieve. This exercise of purposely staying away from Sugars has taught me a lot of things. This is certainly a practice worth repeating and maybe turning it into a habit. I’m glad I decided to engage in this new practice, even if it was just for experimental purposes.
