Can starchy foods like potatoes re-awake the cravings for Sugars during the day? …You bet!

That was the lesson on the 5th day of the challenge. After a normal breakfast of grapefruit and some Quinoa I decided to have sausage with sprouts and potato for lunch. Having the potato was enough to reawake the cravings for Sugar. It was so bad that I had to get some potato chips to stop the cravings. But at least I managed to stay away from the sweets. That’s the whole point of the challenge. 5th day, another successful day.
