The first day is usually the hardest. Fortunately I succeeded in my quest of living without sweets.

In this first day of the challenge I ate as healthy I could. Fruits in the morning, lots of vegetable sprouts for lunch, and a veggie burger with a small side of spicy tuna mixed with onion and tomato in the late afternoon. And of course plenty of water and tea without Sugar. I did not consume any sweets, for the exception of the coca candy which is not a sweet (and as I explained it is a necessity in the high altitude of the Andes. It helps breathing). In this first day of the challenge I started weighing 138Kgs. (or 303.5Lbs.) and my waist size was 53.5 inches. These are the initial measurements.
