Would you drink a cup of black coffee without Sugar? That was the biggest test of the day.
On this 2nd day of the challenge I was faced with a curious test: Black coffee without Sugar. I drank it and it was quite good. No regrets. I turns out we don’t really need Sugar in coffee either. Together with the coffee I had Chorizo bread for breakfast, a portion of Quinoa later in the morning, fried pork for lunch with sugarless Chicha, and for late snack 3 small peaches. Of course, always plenty of water and also some tea as well. This was another wonderful day without Sugar.
